If you don't agree with any part of this agreement, you can simply stop using our service at any time. Since you don't need to log in, we don't collect personal information that identifies you. We care about your privacy, and we've designed our app with that in mind from the beginning.
Any data your create stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up or share it elsewhere. We don't see it, we don't store it, we don't sell it. That's our promise to you.
We're constantly working to improve Fluvo. That means we'll often release updates with new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements. These updates are covered by this same agreement unless we state otherwise.
Sometimes we might need to update this agreement to reflect changes in the app. When we do, we'll update the effective date. Your continued use of Fluvo after changes are made means you accept the new terms.

You're responsible for your own interactions with other users. If you have a disagreement with someone, you work it out between yourselves. We're not in the middle of your conversations or disputes.
